Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At OCWJ Care Group, we strive to provide high-quality care staffing and training services. We understand that sometimes plans change or expectations may not be met, and we are committed to handling refund requests fairly and transparently.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Cancellation by OCWJ Care Group
    If we are required to cancel your confirmed booking (either for staffing or training) due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund.

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation (Short Notice)
    If you cancel a confirmed booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service or training session, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the nature of the service and administrative costs already incurred.

  • Dissatisfaction with Service
    If you are not satisfied with the service or training provided, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the issue raised and evidence provided. Our priority will always be to resolve concerns professionally and promptly.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Date and type of service booked

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting details or evidence

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking (unless exceptional circumstances are agreed)

  • No-shows for scheduled training or staffing bookings

  • Disputes raised more than 48 hours after the service is delivered
