OCWJ Care Group Ltd is a UK-based care staffing and training provider. We supply temporary and emergency staff to care homes and nursing homes, offer professional care-related training, and are in the process of registering for CQC-regulated domiciliary care.

 

Services Provided

We offer:

• Temporary staffing for care and nursing homes

• Specialist and mandatory training courses for care staff

• Facility rental for care-related training purposes

• (Future) regulated domiciliary care services

Booking & Payments

• Bookings can be made via our website, telephone, or email.

• A confirmation email will be issued once a booking is secured.

• Payment terms will be specified in your booking or service agreement.

• Late payment may result in interest charges or service cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds may only be granted if:

• OCWJ Care Group cancels the confirmed booking

• You cancel within the allowed short-notice period

• You are dissatisfied with our service and the complaint is validated within 48 hours

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during booking

• Ensure a safe working environment for any agency staff provided

• Notify us promptly of any concerns, incidents, or changes

• Treat OCWJ Care Group staff with respect and professionalism

Staff Conduct & Compliance

All OCWJ Care Group staff:

• Are DBS-checked and vetted

• Receive mandatory training prior to placement

• Are expected to uphold the highest standards of care and conduct

• Are covered by our insurance for public liability and professional indemnity

Use of Website

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to interfere with its proper working

• Copy, distribute or commercially exploit any content without permission

• Post any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
