These carers support individuals with everyday activities such as shopping trips, attending appointments, collecting prescriptions, or running errands. All carers are carefully selected for their empathy, professionalism, and reliability. Whether it’s a short outing or a regular scheduled visit, our team ensures that every individual feels supported, respected, and never alone. Use of Staff Vehicles – Mileage Charge If a staff member is required to use their own vehicle to transport a client for example, for shopping trips, appointments, or community outings an additional mileage charge of 45p per mile will apply. This charge covers fuel, wear and tear, and insurance while ensuring staff are fairly reimbursed for using their personal vehicle during work-related duties. Mileage will be calculated from the client’s pick-up location and agreed in advance wherever possible.
